Hutt Valley: Sep 15th 11am - 2pm

Join Adam and Tink for one in our series of Toru Trail events in Peka Peka with a view out over Kāpiti Island.

The next event in our monthly series of events called the Toru Trail, find out more about our Toru Trail events here.

Adam and Tink live on 12 acres with horses in the paddocks, border collies every where, and permaculture gardens around the house.

Tink has working through the process of setting up an intentional community at Peka Peka for a few years.

Adam's discovered permaculture in 2011 while travelling in SE Asia and has lived on permaculture farms in Thailand, Australia and New Zealand. He's been fascinated by Syntropic Agroforestry since 2017 and there is a small, experimental Syntropic food forest.

Come have a wander around the gardens and we can show off our successes and and failures.

Food will be provided for lunch but please bring something to add to the table.

After lunch we'd love to hear about your projects and possibly do an introduction to Syntropic Agroforestry.

There will also be a crop swap table where we practice the permaculture approach of reciprocity of 'give and take'.  If you have a surplus to share, you are welcome to bring seeds, seedlings, produce from your garden, and walk away with something unexpected.

We look forward to meeting you all.  Please contact via methods below if you have any questions at all.
